Hollarts proudly introduces the FORTIS MAX, a new container designed for intralogistics processes. This robust container, measuring 600 x 400 x 270 mm, has been developed in-house by our product development department and is suitable for use with shuttles, lifts, and sorting systems. Its smart design aligns seamlessly with the latest developments in storage and order processing.

Smart and versatile

Tjerk Holland explains: “The FORTIS MAX has been designed to enable direct digital integration. The container is equipped with an RFID option for full traceability and can hold up to eight internal EAN labels for precise identification. Additional markings can be applied through stickers or In Mould Labeling, both on the long and the short sides of the container.” The FORTIS MAX also features multiple pickup and handling points to ensure optimal processing in automated systems.

DIFFERENT VERSIONS

The design is also highly practical. Holland explains: “The container features a double, noise-reducing bottom for quiet and stable transport. The walls are extra reinforced for long-lasting durability, even under intensive use. In addition, the container can be divided into 2 to 16 compartments for maximum efficiency.”

The FORTIS MAX is also equipped with drainage openings in accordance with FM Global and VdS standards. If desired, it can be supplied with raised drainage holes or in a closed version.
